C.S. Jadhav has over three decades of experience in Sustainable Agriculture, Nutrition Food, Bioenergy, Medicinal Crops, and Organic Wellness.
A pioneer in the plant protein sector, he co-founded Inner Being Wellness Pvt. Ltd and Nutricircle Ltd, where he is recognized for creating innovative, inclusive business models.
His work focuses on leveraging Dry Land Agriculture for Nutrition, fostering Agri-Entrepreneur franchisees, and engaging Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and communities to build sustainable livelihoods.
Currently serving as CEO & Head of R&D at Nutricircle Ltd, he leads the development of plant protein isolates from millets, pulses, and chickpeas, addressing nutritional challenges while creating value-added products in the food sector.

Manali heads Marketing and Sales at NutriCircle Ltd, where the company develops and manufactures science-backed plant protein ingredients and protein isolates from millets and pulses. In her role, she leads global brand positioning, B2B sales strategy, and distribution partnerships, working with international distribution players such as Barentz to take NutriCircle’s protein isolates to food, beverage, and nutrition companies worldwide.
She works closely with B2B buyers, formulators, manufacturers, and strategic partners, translating scientific innovation into commercially scalable ingredient solutions across functional foods, FMCG, and the sustainable nutrition ecosystem.

A postgraduate in Digital Marketing Communications from Canada, Nikita has worked on global brands such as Uber and Google India during her time at Dentsu. Her experience spans performance marketing, strategic brand development, and campaign execution across diverse industries including beauty, luxury, fashion, fintech, education, and wellness.

Professor (Dr.) Jagmeet Madan is an eminent practising nutritionist, academic leader, and national expert with over 30 years of distinguished experience in clinical nutrition, public health, and food policy. She serves as President, Nutrition Science Professional (NCAHP), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India (2025), and is Professor & Director of Postgraduate Programs, Research, Innovation and Collaboration at Sir Vithaldas Thackersey College of Home Science, SNDT Women’s University.
A former National President of the Indian Dietetic Association, she has contributed to major national initiatives as a member of the National Task Force for Nutrition Curriculum (NCAHP), expert on FSSAI Scientific Panels for Labelling, Claims, Nutrition & Fortification, and the Expert Committee on Front-of-Pack Labelling.
